D’Etta Shaw a.k.a. “The Top Chip” and Alica McManus a.k.a. “The Commander-in-Chip” joined forces in 2005 to launch Just A Chip!  Their union is the perfect blend of baking talent and business acumen.  D’Etta has quite an impressive work history in marketing, operations and management that spans several industries.  She is razor-sharp on details and utilizes her entrepreneurial master mind to create fun promotions and develop key relationships.  Alica, on the other hand, hails from a family tree filled with bakers and cooks.  She stays most comfortable in the kitchen and gains much satisfaction and happiness by sharing her sweet cookie creations with family and friends. Our Senior Chip Specialist, Jacqueline Dent, leads our development efforts for new cookie flavors, shares new ideas and lends her creative mind to various promotions.  Jacqueline is always looking for the next creative twist that will dazzle our clients.  She is a great asset to our team.
